I left Tallahassee and headed east on I-10. The interstate had some abandoned cars on it, but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. When I hit I-75 I went south and that is when the interstate really started to get clogged up. There were also more zombies on I-75 than I thought there would be. They all seem to be wandering south.
Near Ocala I came to a pile up of at least fifty vehicles. It looked like a kid had taken a bucket of toy cars and dumped them across the road. The mass of metal was crawling with zombies; some stuck in the vehicles they died in, others trying to crawl their way through the wreckage and continue south.
It was getting dark so I exited and found a convenience store to spend the night in. It's getting warmer out so I am going to camp on the roof of the building. Now I am just lying here in my sleeping bag staring at the sky.
God I hope Matthew is okay.
