Week 49: Recuperation

I got to see Matthew and Brenda. Not just see them, but touch them, hug them.

And I also got to thank Harvey. He came out of the procedure just fine as well. Although he said everything is so quiet now. Not sure what he meant by that. Maybe his zombie radio is not working?

The doctors seem to think I am completely cured. There isn’t a trace of Legion in me. Doc Thomas even thinks I may be immune to it. Based on their findings, my immune system has been altered and it can now recognize Legion as a foreign entity that should be attacked.

Not only recognize it but actually defeat it. The human immune system just wasn’t strong enough to do this in the past. But mine reacts like it has been given a dose of steroids.

The doctors said they have never seen Legion so completely eradicated. They basically said my new and improved immune system made Legion its bitch.

Now if they can figure out how to fix this headache I have.

Outstanding medical jargon in the second to last paragraph! Can't wait to see how this goes wrong for our hero...
