Week 23: Colleton Hospital

It would seem that there is only one hospital in this city. Colleton Hospital, and it is crawling with zombies.

Outside the hospital I found a car parked. A car with red X’s spray painted on all its windows. Inside this car was another letter from the Chaperone.

Dear Mr. Taylor,

I noticed you have a companion tagging along with you. I also noticed she likes to raid pharmacies and steal all their OxyContin. Seems like she may have a bit of an addiction, so I figured I would help you out by removing the temptation.

I did leave the hospital in front of you alone, however. It had too many zombies for me, and let’s be honest, I didn’t need the pain meds, I was just trying to help you out. Unfortunately I can’t just go around risking my life for just anything. I have Matthew to worry about. He would be lost if anything were to happen to me.

Oh, and if you are worried about Matthew, don’t be. He believes you are dead and has already gotten over it. He has fully accepted me as his new father figure, and I must say Matthew is very obedient. When I tell him to stay put while I scavenge for supplies, he listens. Matthew doesn’t even suspect I have ulterior motives (like spying on you, setting traps for you, etcetera).

Anyway, have fun in the Hospital.

Yours Truly,

Mike Grainger
