I’ve been talking to Harold about what happened with Jonas in the past, about his bus load of carriers, about what happened to Brad. Harold has come up with an interesting theory.
Harold says that normal carriers emit a radio frequency that basically tells the zombies that they aren’t needed. It is almost as if Legion started making carriers to try to infiltrate the human population. Send in someone who appears human and can infect the population from within. These carries have the added benefit of keeping the zombies away which helps the carriers to be welcomed by other humans. They are essentially a Trojan horse for Legion.
We have established that Jonas is a carrier, but Harold thinks Jonas may have a mutation. Instead of repelling zombies Jonas attracts them. That could be why Jonas had been collecting the other carriers. He was trying to offset his zombie attraction with their zombie repulsion.
This was very interesting information and I was glad Harold shared it with me. I was not so glad when Harold started sharing it with everyone else on the ship. Suddenly Jonas went from being an insane quack to a legitimate reason as to why the horde was camped out here and not moving further south.
And of course the way to get rid of the zombies’ legitimate reason for being here was to hand me over to Jonas.

Oh my goodness! Good strategy, Legion. I like this new development.
A deranged and vengeful pied piper of zombies?
I don't think I've ever encountered such an idea before and I have to say that its downright frightening!
