I can’t write much or they will catch me and seize my journal.
As Brenda and I were approaching Savannah we were taken hostage by a group of militants. When we first came upon them they acted civil enough. One of them asked me my name and when I replied they changed. Held us at gunpoint and took our weapons away.
They told me that they would not let me take Mr. Grainger’s son away from him. They gagged me before I could try to reason with them. Before I could tell them that it was my son that Mr. Grainger had stolen. That I was only trying to get him back.
Mike had left us a trap.
